The new position of Commercial Manager will be unique since it will give the individual an opportunity to learn the intricacies of Nuts ingredients product while leading commercial operations independently. 

- Raw material Imports, Packaging material and Stock, Warehouse management:

- Managing Imports and Exports for Raw material and Finished Goods with exceptional supplier management and improved scheduling.

- Logistics and Freight Management – good background on supply chain is necessary. 

- Ensure better rates and improved schedules and better negotiation with transporters, freight forwarders and shipping lines.

- Ensuring the right stock of packaging material with budgeted costs.

- Stock and warehouse management according to budgeted targets and highlighting concerns in time and looking for solutions.

- Operational Management – strong understanding of costs and processing. Overall Cost management for both the units under the Company Opex 2.0 Model.

- Preparing & analyzing production & efficiency reports.

- Ensuring health and safety regulations are met in both units.

- Order planning and communication with multiple entities

- With Company marketing offices to provide regular customer updates.

- Direct customer interactions across geographies and providing actionable information.

- With Company units in Vietnam for managing multiple inputs.

- The individual will get required support from both the business and country but will need to show a lot of initiative and entrepreneurial ability to succeed in this role.

- Prior experience in commercial roles in FMCG or Food companies

- MBA with 4-6 years of post-qualification industry experience
