Job Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Position Responsibilties:

- Give technical advice to external stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders (sales, product management, operations, senior management). 

- Technical advice includes recommendations of technical expertise, market trends, feedback on feed performance as relating to field of expertise, and in co-operation with nutrition partner to develop feed management programmes for key customers.

- First in line to act in response to customer complaints.

- Identify root causes of problems and propose technical solutions if the causes are in field of expertise, or collaborate with nutrition partner on solution proposal if the causes relate to nutrition aspects of company products.

- Support, visit farm or prospects and give technical advice on farm management improvements as relating to field of expertise.

- Train farm workers in relating technical subjects.

- Support sales team with technical knowledge and market information from a technical point of view.

- Collaborate with sales team on seminars, with nutrition partner on developing feeding guidelines to recommend a proper use of feed.

- Follow-up results of company products in the field (POP), ensure technical aspects are qualified.

- In collaboration with sales team and nutrition partner, ensure collection of technical data (e.g. proof of performance data and other feed performance information).

- Actively organise internal training for sales team in field of expertise.

- Bachelor’s degree Animal Science or Veterinary or Biotechnology

- At least 03 years’ professional working experience in relating field of expertise, preferably with experience in feed business

- Experience with field work and working with farmers
