- Involve in sourcing and purchasing raw materials and packaging locally, oversea to supply for production on a timely and cost effective 

- Prepare and execute negotiations/ price discussions with suppliers

- Assure the proper involvement of all functions for technical and demand clarification in order to achieve the targets/ strategies

- Build up the effective partnerships with stakeholders e.g. QA Production, Logistics, Accounting

- Handle legal document with suppliers in terms of capacity, quality, delivery, payment … and get the Contract and Price & Capacity Agreement signed with suppliers.

- Review and update periodically according to market analysis.

- Strictly follow the Code of conduct (Anti-corruption) of the purchasing activities

- Update the Company system in terms of new raw materials and prices (local raw materials). 

- Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with related users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action

- Obtain the best conditions of procurement for Company

- Provide the best procurement services

- Delivery raw materials timely to meet production requirements

- Managing high quality of raw materials to ensure for products produced adapted with product’s required

Internal: Production department; Finance & Account department and Technical & Quality Management department

External: Suppliers, Logistics suppliers and Transportation services

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics,…

- Minimum 2 year of experience in Purchasing for FMCG or Production company

- Having experience in working with suppliers from various nationalities

- Knowledge in foreign trade, global commercial acts and rules
