• Provide all necessary support to the leadership team in daily HR operations including managing full employee life-cycle and building HR team;

• Ensure people development, company culture shaping;

• Increase the Employee Engagement, promoting and putting in place diversity & inclusion programs;

• Secure the process of performance management in order to increase the effectiveness of the team to hit customer satisfaction target rates;

• Provide constant coaching and support for the change management purposes

• Responsible for development of concepts, strategies and tools for integrated performance management (including performance, talent management and succession planning), and training variety of skills

• Provide clarity and support in execution for Salary, Bonus Program, Salary Structure, union trade...

• At least 4 years in Manager level

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases

• Knowledge of labor legislation; social media and other professional networks

• Candidate from manufacturing companies and willing to allocate QuyNhon is preferred
