|
Administration • Ensure the effectiveness of admin system (having one admin staff to support) Human Resources • Take care of recruitment/ new hire orientation and general HR maintenance & training • Payroll management & controls • PIT declaration/ finalization & payments for locals & expats • WP & resident card applications for expats and their dependents • HR reports to headquarters & to Vietnam government • Coordinate with technical & production team to arrange seminar training weekly • HR budget & maintain the budget within the fiscal year • Support management team to evaluating EE’s performance & calculate benefit package/ bonus fairly Legal • Work with legal department in legal concerns regarding to Vietnam applicable laws and practice when required • Prepare & submit annual reports of offices in timely manner Others • Prepare & submit annual reports of offices in timely manner • Other related work when required |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
• University degree in HR/ Business Administration and/or related fields • Have at least 5 years of experience in same position of Operations, have working experience with representative offices is preferred (not a must) • English (4 skills): fluent , Chinese is a plus • Be open minded, humble & honest, willing to take challenges & to go extra miles at work • Open to all candidates but prefer females • Open to all candidates but prefer Haiphong candidates • Must have experience in doing working permits & related issues • Working well with numbers are preferred • Good communication/ analytical skills |
