- Develop strategy that will enhance our Trade Channel business through the mobilization of resources within the Trade Sales Team 

- Lead, develop and monitor the Trade Sales Team that is charged with delivering the Trade Channel sales objectives ensuring the profitable growth of sales and market share. 

- Develop and Execute the Sales plans for the Trade  Channel 

- Develop the strategy for Sales Force Effectiveness in market in line with overall business strategy 

- Set future direction for new product launches and business opportunities in the Trade Channel 

- Develop and maintain rapport with key accounts to identify trends, competitor activities, new business opportunities, market situation and take actions to grow the market share.

- Minimum 5 years of Senior Sales Management Experience preferably as Sales Manager/Director 

- Commercial/Sales Experience that involved working closely with customers to deliver results 

- Experience in Healthcare, FMCG or Retail 

- Have extensive knowledge of the Pharmacy Trade market, Wholesalers, Clinics,.. and customers 

- Demonstrated Leadership and People Management Skills
