- Create a safety and healthy work environment in the company - Build a safety management system focusing on preventing disease and injury. - Put the safety and health work into all activities of the company. - Reach compliance environment regulation as law requirement and aim at continuous improvement, reduce the bad environment impacts. - Prevent all incidents that may lead to illness and injury. - Require all employees to work safely and make working safely a mandatory working condition. - Treat safety as a company value as same equal with controlling production, quality and cost. - Risks identification and evaluation - Health, Safety, Environment and Regulatory Internal Policy - Medical Professional Follow up - Emergency Management - Health, Safety and Environment regulatory auditing and assess. - Strategy development & deployment on Environment - Health - Safety. - Health management including Occupational Health. - Team player & team spirit. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
- University degree, preferably major in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental - Minimum 3-year experience in equivalent position. - Experience in HSE at multinational company is an advantage. - Understanding in manufacturing in coating and chemical industry. - Able to work responsibly, collaboratively and eager to learn. - Certified to work in OHS position. |
