Job Description: | ||||||||||
• Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) • Search for new client leads and develop market share. • Manage relationships with existing customers. • Customer Management • Market Information and Sales Analysis • Demand Forecast • Engage and consult Full System/solution Proposals for Developers, Specifiers (Architects, Consultants, QS, etc) to apply to their projects that are under Designing Stage. • Convince General Constructors to use products/solutions in the Tender Document (under Construction Stage for Design and Build). • Conduct seminars/call visit to run and sell system/service to developers and specifiers • Build close network with specifiers community • To analyze the data and information relevant to decision making units • To update and well manage tracking the project pipeline for Japanese and local customers • To follow up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections regularly • To plan and prepare for marketing and sales activities to promote the brand, product segment • To clarify and validate the customer’s needs ongoing basic, maintaining high customer satisfaction • To follow up monthly sales forecast and achieve sale target |

Requirements: | ||||||||||
• 5+ years project management experience • Experience in B2B sales related electrical product • Understand about market and competitor • Knowledge of marketing channels • Understanding of Marketing Analytics • Knowledge about technique of Electrical products technique • Project pursuit: prepare quotation, project proposal • Strong communication and analytical skills • Negotiation skill • Good problem-solving skill • The ability to work under high pressure |
